SEND Teacher – Special School (Sutton) Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-time, Long-term Salary: M1 – M6 (Inner/Outer London weighting as applicable) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced special school in Sutton from January 2026. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity suitable for both experienced SEND practitioners and passionate mainstream teachers looking to transition into special education. Our pupils present with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), complex needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive education and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. This is a full-time, long-term position starting January 2026, ideal for an experienced TA who is confident working with challenging behaviour and building strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
