Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

Working closely with students on Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing tailored support
Helping children develop communication, social, and emotional regulation skills
Supporting students in the classroom and during structured activities
Contributing to a calm, consistent, and encouraging learning environment
Working alongside teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams as part of a cohesive unit

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist school supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). About the School Our partner schools provide education for pupils with a wide range of complex needs — including sensory, medical, and physical disabilities.
