SEN Teacher – Inner London Severe Learning Difficulties | Autism | Sensory Needs | Complex Behaviour Location: Merton Recruitment Partner: Parker Smith Inclusion Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + Inner London Weighting - £207.75 - £268.81 Start Date: ASAP - Full time - December 2025/January 2026 Parker Smith Inclusion is working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in Inner London to find a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher to lead a KS2 class of 8 pupils with: Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) High sensory processing needs And a number of pupils presenting with complex behaviour that requires consistent, therapeutic support This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS essential) who is confident in delivering a highly personalised, engaging curriculum to children with significant additional needs.
