You will work 1:1 with a delightful Year 3 pupil, supporting both their academic and emotional development while working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team.
Your Role

Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 3 child with additional needs

Assist with learning, communication, and emotional regulation throughout the school day

Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to implement support strategies

Encourage engagement, confidence, and participation in class activities

Contribute to a nurturing environment where the child’s progress and wellbeing are prioritised

Experienced in supporting pupils with SEND, or eager to grow your skills
