He displays very challenging behaviours and is currently attending school on a part-time basis, which is why this is a part-time, long-term position starting in September 2025. However this could still be a full time role as it develops with the pupil. SEND Teaching Assistant – Sutton Area Wallington | Carshalton | The Wrythe | Cheam Full-Time | Long-Term | Term Time Only £90–£95 per day (PAYE) Start Date: September 2025 Parker Smith Inclusion is working closely with a group of inclusive and supportive schools in the Sutton borough, including areas such as Wallington, Carshalton, The Wrythe, and Cheam, to recruit experienced and passionate Special Needs Teaching Assistants for September 2025. We are seeking candidates who can confidently support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and complex behaviours that challenge. This is a full-time, term-time only position with long-term potential.
