Person Specification / Requirements We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children with SEND in school settings Is patient, resilient, adaptable, and compassionate Has excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families Can work well in a team and also use initiative when needed Is committed to providing consistency and long-term support Is open to training and professional development Desirable: experience with ASC, SEMH, physical disabilities, or sensory needs, plus training in behaviour management or communication support.
