About the Role

Special Needs Teacher – Special Needs School 

Location: Sutton, London
Start Date: ASAP or September
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS

We are supporting specialist schools for students aged 3 -19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, and additional needs is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teachers. About the Role

We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to ensuring all students reach their full potential. The role involves:

  • Teaching a class group with a range of learning needs, including Autism, Complex Needs, SLD, PMLD and SEMH
  • Delivering the core curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging, accessible, and differentiated.
  • Working proactively with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student development.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where students feel valued and respected.
  • Taking responsibility for pupil progress, behaviour, and well-being.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school through teamwork and collaboration.
