We are working with a specialist school in Cheshunt that provides outstanding support for students with Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. ✨ About the Role

Hours: 8:45am – 3:30pm (with a 2:00pm finish every Friday)

Contract: Term-time only – Temp to Perm or Straight to Perm available

Salary: £18,500 – £19,500 (depending on experience)

Start: Immediate and September starts available

Location: Cheshunt
You will be working closely with small groups of students (maximum 10 per class, Years 7–11) to support their learning and personal development. The role combines academic support with mentoring, encouragement, and relationship-building to help students engage positively with education.
