Safeguarding and Multi Agency Manager - Newham - PRU Salary Dependant on Experience No teaching qualifications required Start Date: October Half Term Funding until February Half Term Parker Smith Inclusion are seeking an experienced professional to join a specialist team supporting children and young people in an alternative provision in Newham. This is a short-term, fixed-term role funded until the end of March, offering an immediate opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and multi-agency environment. The Role: The role combines management, strategy, and direct intervention. You will provide light-touch line management to a skilled group of staff and external specialists while also maintaining a small caseload of young people yourself. The work focuses on improving structure, monitoring, and reporting, while continuing to deliver meaningful interventions that demonstrate positive outcomes for pupils. The post has become available following an internal promotion of the previous post-holder, whose strong track record of relationship building, reporting, and hands-on support with children sets a clear benchmark for this position.
