Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure each child receives the appropriate care and education. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all students. Requirements Previous experience working with children or young adults with complex needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges. A strong understanding of supporting students with both verbal and non-verbal communication. Willingness to carry out personal care duties, ensuring a dignified approach. A patient, empathetic, and flexible attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with other professionals, staff, and parents. Commitment to working 5 days per week.
