We’re recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist to work with secondary-aged students (11–19) in a nurturing specialist setting for Autism (ASC) and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD). About the school You will feel at home if you like the mix of real therapy and real classrooms. You will work mainly with secondary-age students, splitting your week between class-based support and pull-out sessions, with protected time for notes, reports and EHCPs (so you’re not writing everything at 7pm). You will be part of a kind, tight MDT, teachers, SaLTs and OTs who actually plan together, and you will see the same pupils regularly enough to spot those small wins: a new word used spontaneously, a calmer transition, a brave answer in English.
