About the Role: From September 2025, we are launching a brand-new provision and are seeking an experienced and adaptable Alternative Provision Teacher to lead a small cohort of KS3/KS4 students. You will: Deliver and oversee a broad, accessible curriculum including core subjects (English and Maths) and wider learning opportunities tailored to students working significantly below age-related expectations. Work closely with behaviour support specialists to create a safe, therapeutic learning environment that nurtures trust, engagement, and progress. Be part of a multidisciplinary team that places the emotional wellbeing and individual needs of each pupil at the heart of everything. What it Takes: Experience supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH needs, and complex emotional profiles is essential.
