About the Role: This exciting role involves working with two reception-aged children and two year-one children, all of whom are autistic. Two of the children are non-verbal, and two have limited verbal communication. You will be responsible for providing tailored support to meet their individual needs, using a variety of communication tools and strategies, including Makaton. The goal is to help these children eventually integrate into mainstream reception classes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualised learning plans, taking into account each child's specific needs and communication styles. Work collaboratively with the classroom teachers and pupil achievement coaches (PACs) to ensure a consistent and integrated approach.
