At this SEN school, you will be welcomed into a modern, purpose-built environment designed to support both staff and students. As you step into the school, you will be greeted by friendly therapy dogs in reception, setting a positive and warm tone, it is a happy and supportive place to work.

The class sizes are small to provide individualised support and learning, with a high staff-to-student ratio. The class has extremely experienced support staff, who will assist with lessons and support.

The Senior Leadership team are very supportive of all teaching staff, helping shape the curriculum and provide the necessary resources. They are also very aware of the pressure of life and offer flexibility when required.

A specialist SEN school based in Enfield are looking for a passionate SEND teacher to join their team this September. The school caters for students in Key Stage 3 with complex needs, a high percentage being ASC. In this role, you will be teaching pupils across the curriculum in year 7 with complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and cognitive learning challenges, they are working at year 3/4 level.
