£160 to £250 a day PAYE

We are working with a fantastic special school in the East London Borough of Newham to fill 4 positions of SEND Teacher, leading a class of students with a diagnosis of Autism – ASC/ASD. The students at the school all have an EHCP plan and range from Year 3 - Year 11.

Most students learn by activity-based learning, working at KS1/2 level and the successful candidate will find themselves leading a class whilst supported by 2 SEND TAs. The classes consist of around 4 to 6 students, and some students may be non-verbal, meaning alternative communication types are used.
