About the Role
Behaviour Mentor – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Harlow | Pay: £90 – £110 per day (via PAYE) | Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm | Term Time Only
Parker Smith Inclusion are proud to be working in close partnership with a forward-thinking and inclusive school in Harlow, currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support both primary and secondary-aged pupils.
This is a long-term, temp to perm role, ideal for someone who is passionate about building positive relationships and helping young people reach their full potential. The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, term time only.
About the School:

The Ideal Candidate:

Confident, calm, and able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or behavioural needs is desirable

Passionate about inclusion, engagement, and learner wellbeing

Proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to contribute to academic or activity-based sessions

Committed to professional growth and long-term development in education
