I am looking for encouraging, caring SEND Teaching Assistants looking to work in an SEMH (Social emotional and mental health) specialised school based in Chelmsford, The school are fantastic at providing young people, with SEN, the best possible support and really believe that those who have had to overcome challenges in their past, can leave with a bright future ahead of them. You will be responsible for assisting with the planning of activities, monitoring pupil’s progress, intervening when necessary, providing relevant feedback to the classroom teacher, and performing general duties to support both learners and teacher.
