🎯 The Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs

  • Support the implementation of individual behaviour plans and interventions

  • Help pupils build emotional regulation, self-confidence and resilience

  • Act as a consistent, positive presence throughout the school day

  • Collaborate with teachers, the SENDCo and external professionals to support student progress

  • Promote a calm, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

  • Play a vital role in whole-school behaviour and pastoral support
