1:1 Learning Support Assistant Location: Brixton Contract: Long term – full time Start Date: September 2025 Salary: PAYE We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school to recruit a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a child in Reception with an EHCP. The child has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language delay, and some signs of dyspraxia. They are a delightful pupil who responds well to calm, consistent guidance and support throughout the day. The ideal candidate will: Have experience or interest in supporting children with additional needs Be calm, patient, and nurturing Work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and external professionals Support the child’s communication, motor skills and access to learning This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s early education journey.
