About the Role
Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant – Hammersmith and Fulham
Full-time | Long-term | £90–£100 per day | Immediate start
Are you a Drama graduate with a passion for inspiring creativity and confidence in young people?
Would you love to use your performance and communication skills to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or in mainstream classrooms?
We are working with welcoming and inclusive schools across Hammersmith and Fulham who are looking for enthusiastic Drama Graduates to join their teams as Teaching Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience and develop key skills for a future career in education, therapy, or performing arts.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting students in lessons, helping them engage and express themselves through creative activities

Using drama techniques to build confidence, social skills, and emotional awareness

Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have SEN such as autism, ADHD or speech and language needs

Assisting class teachers with planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
-
Bringing energy, empathy, and creativity to every day
We’re looking for:

A recent Drama or Performing Arts graduate (or related degree)

Someone confident, outgoing and passionate about working with children

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and caring attitude

Experience working with young people (paid or voluntary) is a bonus

Full-time, long-term role (Monday–Friday, term time only)
