Are you a graduate interested in supporting those with additional needs and making a change in young people’s lives?
We are working with a range of fantastic schools in the London borough of Hounslow to find Graduate Teaching Assistants to support students with SEND and SEMH.
This role in particular is to support KS2 students within a Mainstream Primary School each pupil has an individual EHCP (Education Health Care Plan), the students within this school require extra support inside and outside of the classroom, you would need to manage behaviour, re-direct them to their classwork, work on social skills, communication skills, and other general support.
Our Graduate Teaching Assistant positions are long-term roles and would see you working in a single school of your choosing on a long-term contract, initially being booked in until Christmas.

Duties, times and training vary depending on what school you are in. However, you will do a trial day before deciding where you want to stay.
This means you will be in the best position for yourself, doing what you are looking for workwise and gaining the experience which is most valuable for what you're pursuing in your career.
You will build bonds with students, provide guidance to them and support them within a classroom environment.
