Are you an experienced Early Years Teacher with a passion for supporting children with complex needs, but feel that your skills and dedication aren’t being fully valued or supported?

In your classroom, you will be supported by a highly experienced HLTA and 4 specialist support staff who help deliver engaging, play-based learning tailored to each child's individual needs. Planning time is respected, with structured PPA sessions allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality teaching.
