This school is looking for a confident, experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant who can help lead small group learning, deliver targeted interventions, and support children with autism and associated needs. What your role might look like

  • Leading small group or one to one interventions designed to support social communication and engagement

  • Supporting children with emotional regulation and sensory processing, using calm and child led approaches

  • Building meaningful relationships with pupils and offering consistent care across the day

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and families to create a joined up approach

  • Confidently covering lessons when required, ensuring routines and relationships stay strong
