  • You have worked with children with autism and complex needs and feel confident adapting support to individual needs

  • You are proactive and reflective, always looking for ways to improve your practice

  • You are calm, patient and passionate about inclusion

  • You want to be part of a team where your contribution is valued and your development is supported

Why this school stands out

  • A vibrant, inclusive ethos where difference is celebrated

  • A dedicated ARP with well resourced sensory and learning spaces

  • Strong leadership that actively supports and invests in support staff

  • A whole school culture built on kindness, mutual respect and high aspirations
