Do you have a knack for behaviour management and an interest in hands-on learning? This could be the role for you! 👇

We’re working in partnership with a specialist education provider in South London to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 5 Teaching Assistant to support students on a motor mechanics vocational pathway. 🛠️


🌟 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience working with SEMH students
✅ Strong behaviour management skills
✅ Ability to build consistent, positive relationships
✅ Interest or background in mechanics (a bonus, but not essential) 🚗

  • Support Key Stage 5 learners in a practical, skills-based setting

  • Work closely with teaching staff to engage and motivate students
