About the Role
Long-Term Learning Mentor Opportunity
Location: Harlow
Pay: £100–£120 Per Day | PAYE
We are excited to partner with a leading Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Essex, which is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This setting caters to both primary and secondary pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, focusing on nurturing their growth and helping them develop into confident, well-rounded individuals.
The PRU is part of an esteemed Multi-Academy Trust, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, and offers a close-knit, family-like environment for both students and staff. The Trust’s ethos is firmly rooted in the belief that every young person deserves the best possible education, and they are dedicated to making that a reality.
What We're Looking for:

Experience working with young people with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
