Your Role as an LSA As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them engage with learning and manage their emotions and behaviour. Promote positive behaviour and encourage the development of social and emotional skills. Contribute to the wider school community, including participating in outdoor learning and Forest School activities. The Role In this unique position, you will: Morning: Provide 1:1 support in Reception, working closely with a child to help them engage with learning, manage their emotions, and develop key social and academic skills.
