Are you a passionate, resilient, and adaptable Maths Teacher with a desire to make a real impact?
We’re looking for a teacher to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Hackney, where every day brings new challenges and rewarding opportunities to inspire young people. What The School Is Looking For:
- A qualified Maths Teacher who is ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of teaching in a PRU setting.

- A creative, resourceful teaching style that can make Maths engaging and accessible to all learners, no matter their background or prior experience.
- Experience in a PRU, alternative provision, or special educational setting is desirable, but we welcome passionate teachers with a mainstream background who want to transition into a more challenging and rewarding environment.
- A calm, patient, and flexible approach, able to manage and motivate students with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
What’s The School Offer
- Teachers' Pay Scale with an SEN Allowance to reflect your experience and the unique nature of this role.

- Access to specialist resources and a supportive team that shares your passion for helping students overcome obstacles and succeed.
- Professional development opportunities focused on alternative education and behaviour management, empowering you to continue growing in your career.
- A strong leadership team that prioritises your wellbeing and provides a collaborative, positive work environment.
