I am seeking a proactive and passionate Outdoor Teacher to join a brilliant complex needs school in Essex. You will be responsible for providing outdoor learning activities.

The school caters for Early Years – Sixth Form with severe, moderate and complex needs including autism and sensory impairment. All pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential and to develop academically, emotionally, socially and physically. The school offers a flexible approach to learning as well teaching the skills to allow pupils to grow into resilient, confident adults who are able to achieve their individual best and participate in the wider community.
