We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate teacher to take on a full-time, permanent role in this specialist setting. What kind of teacher are we looking for?
- You’re qualified (QTS required) and have real experience with PMLD, complex needs, or a similar setting
- You’re confident in creating a calm, safe classroom and leading a strong team of support staff
- You understand alternative communication methods — PECS, eye gaze, switches — or you’re ready to learn
- You’re comfortable supporting with personal care and medical needs (with training provided)
- You’re not an ECT — this role calls for someone with hands-on experience in specialist settings
