📚 Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTSL or equivalent)

• Teachers from mainstream backgrounds who are ready to embrace the unique rewards of SEND education

• Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about inclusion and therapeutic teaching approaches

• Individuals with a growth mindset, a strong sense of empathy, and a genuine belief in the potential of every child

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs, supported by skilled teaching assistants and therapists

• Creating a safe, engaging, and therapeutic learning environment where pupils feel seen, heard, and supported

• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver personalised learning plans

• Helping pupils develop both academically and emotionally—measuring progress not only in grades, but in confidence, relationships, and resilience
