We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Primary Teacher to join a fantastic Complex Needs School in Enfield. This special school caters to children in early years and key stage 1 & 2, with a variety of complex needs, including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), PMLD, and SEMH. The school provides a supportive, inclusive environment where every child is valued, and the focus is on both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
What The School Is Looking For
- A Primary trained teacher with a strong desire to work with children who have complex needs.
- Experience in a special educational needs (SEN) setting is beneficial, but we also welcome applications from mainstream teachers who are eager to make a positive impact in a specialist environment.
- A patient, flexible, and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of each student.
- A commitment to providing a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to develop both academically and socially.
