SEN Schools are eager to work with Psychology Graduates as they bring excitement and passion to the classroom, working within SEN means you will be able to use your degree knowledge to assist and support vulnerable children to reach their academic goals. 

The ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant candidate

  • First class or 2:1 in any subject (core subjects very desirable)
  • Previous professional or personal experience working with children
  • Professional, resilient and have a great attitude
  • Aspiring teachers looking to start ITT and gain QTS
