Psychology Graduate – SEN Teaching Assistant

Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners to address safeguarding and support needs effectively. Essential Qualifications & Experience Safeguarding expertise, ideally including DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) training. Proven management and leadership experience. Strong organisational and reporting skills with the ability to create and embed structure. Experience of working in a PRU, alternative provision, outreach, or youth work setting.
