Teacher training This school can support your assessment-only route to QTS. Previous school experience is preferred, however, it is in no way essential. Training can be provided through the primary school, or as a subject in secondary school. The ideal candidate The ideal Unqualified Teacher Graduate would be a graduate with an ambition to become a Teacher. You should be passionate and keen to learn in order to gain as much as you can from this position. You should hold a degree in any subject (essential) and be keen to embark on teacher training.
