You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups, supporting a team of experienced SEN professionals — including teachers, therapists, and specialist carers - to deliver meaningful, sensory-based learning that prioritises connection and comfort over academic outcomes. What you'll be doing: Supporting pupils with highly individual learning and care plans. Using tools like PECS, sensory play, switches, and visual timetables.
