SEN Nurture Teacher

I am actively recruiting a SEN Nurture Teacher for a PRU school supporting students with a range of special educational needs, social emotional mental health needs, and ADHD to cognition needs and learning difficulties. This school also has an on-site counsellor and visiting speech and language and occupational therapists, contributing to the overall improvement of pupil learning and wellbeing.

The role of a SEN Nurture Teacher is to support a small class of students, teaching across curriculum and providing holistic wellbeing support.

The ideal SEN Nurture Teacher may be/have…

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
  • Experience working with students with a range of SEND, SEMH including, complex needs, gang affiliation, trauma. 
  • A nurturing approach.
