It caters to students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4 with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and it supports every student through a trauma-informed approach. They are seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to support a children in Key Stage 3 in a 2:1 role. The student is on of the most challenging students in their secondary site, so it is important that the successful candidate has had experience supporting children with SEMH or behavioural needs, this can be professional or personal experience.
