Parker Smith Inclusion are working with an outstanding specialist school, that is part of a larger trust they are seeking SEN Learning Support Assistants to join their team. The provision supports up to 25 students, aged from secondary to post-16, who follow a subject-specific curriculum designed to develop independence and life skills alongside academic qualifications. About the School Located in the heart of Newham, the provision is purpose-built to meet the needs of our formal ASC learners. Facilities include: Large classrooms for subject-based learning. Therapy and common rooms for social, therapeutic, and life skills development. A fully equipped kitchen for practical learning. Outdoor spaces with a gym, sunken trampoline, covered area, and horticulture planters. Students are supported to develop independence, gain ASDAN qualifications (E1–L2), and access enriching educational visits through excellent transport links. Your Role As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to students with autism and communication needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop life skills.
