SEMH Teacher's needed
Location: Chelmsford | Salary: M1 to M6 Open to ECTs and Experienced Teachers Alike Do you feel like you were meant for more than mainstream teaching? That there's a group of children out there waiting for you to be their difference? This SEMH primary school in Chelmsford offers something special—not just to students, but to the teachers who join our team. Nestled across 10 acres of green space, with animals, nature, and purpose-built classrooms, our setting is designed for children who need more than just lessons—they need connection, consistency, and champions. We're looking for teachers who bring compassion, creativity, and courage to their work. You may have years of SEMH experience, or you might be an ECT with a strong calling—we welcome both. Whether your strengths lie in KS1 or KS2, what matters to us is your ability to meet children where they are and guide them toward where they can be. In small classes of 6–8, every day is a chance to intervene meaningfully. No marking for marking’s sake—this is about changing lives. Bring your story, your skills, and your experience. Let’s talk about the impact you can have here.
