Salary: £36,000 - £54,000 + SEN Allowance

  • Engaging and inspiring learners through high expectations and accessible, creative teaching methods.

  • Supporting post-16 students in developing life skills, independence, and confidence.

  • Helping students develop communication strategies and manage behaviours in a way that maximises learning.

  • Taking an analytical approach to tracking progress, ensuring every student has an individualised pathway to success.

  • Collaborating with a skilled team of teachers who share your passion for inclusive education and making a real impact.

Who This Role is For

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEN settings.

  • Someone who understands that behaviour is communication and can create engaging, structured learning experiences.

  • A teacher who is eager to support post-16 students as they develop functional life skills and prepare for life beyond school.

  • A professional with experience in working with students with complex needs, including Autism, and helping them develop communication and social skills.
