What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students with a variety of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and specific learning difficulties.

  • Implementing EHCPS to deliver personalised support tailored to each child’s unique needs.

  • Helping to create a calm, engaging environment that fosters focus, learning, and growth.

  • Working closely with teachers and specialists to ensure strategies are in place to support students’ progress.

  • Monitoring and tracking student development to ensure interventions are making a positive impact.

About you:

  • Experience in supporting children with SEN – Whether in a school, youth work, or through personal experience, your background will help you succeed in this role.

  • Experience with EHCPS – You have a strong understanding of how to implement and tailor interventions based on individual plans.

  • Knowledge of SEND strategies – You’re familiar with various interventions and strategies to support diverse learning needs.

  • A passion for helping children – You’re dedicated, compassionate, and eager to make a difference in the lives of students with additional needs.
