What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students with a variety of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and specific learning difficulties.
Implementing EHCPS to deliver personalised support tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Helping to create a calm, engaging environment that fosters focus, learning, and growth.
Working closely with teachers and specialists to ensure strategies are in place to support students’ progress.
Monitoring and tracking student development to ensure interventions are making a positive impact.

About you:

Experience in supporting children with SEN – Whether in a school, youth work, or through personal experience, your background will help you succeed in this role.
Experience with EHCPS – You have a strong understanding of how to implement and tailor interventions based on individual plans.
Knowledge of SEND strategies – You’re familiar with various interventions and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
A passion for helping children – You’re dedicated, compassionate, and eager to make a difference in the lives of students with additional needs.
