If you’re a qualified teacher who’s thinking, I want to make a bigger difference, this could be the role for you.

We’re helping a growing specialist school in the Newham borough. It’s part of a respected trust that focuses on therapeutic education and relational practice. The school supports secondary-aged pupils with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH, all with EHCPs. The environment is calm, consistent, and supportive, but this role is challenging.

  • Primary, Secondary, or SEND trained
  • Someone with experience in SEMH, PRU, or specialist settings
  • ECTs are welcome, as long as you’re emotionally mature and ready for the learning curve
  • A teacher who’s values-driven and calm during challenges

What’s in it for you?

  • Part of a progressive trust with a real commitment to inclusion
  • Excellent CPD, mentoring, and ongoing training
  • Supportive, hands-on leadership who’ve been in your position
  • Long-term to permanent role, with a clear path to joining the school’s core staff team
  • PAYE daily rate matched to your experience on the Outer London MPS
  • QTS or QTLS is essential
