You’re an experienced Speech & Language Therapist who wants more than just a caseload. You want impact, autonomy, and a role that fits around your life.
This unique opportunity offers just that: a chance to lead a specialist SLT service supporting children with complex SEND needs, with the flexibility to work half your time remotely and half in school settings.

-
Supporting schools to implement strategies and embed effective approaches
-
Providing expert advice during tribunal processes where needed

Working closely with colleagues across education, health, and local authority services
-
Contributing to a collaborative, child-centred approach across multiple schools
This role has been created with wellbeing in mind. The hybrid model allows for deep focus time at home while staying closely connected to schools, pupils, and professionals on site. You’ll also benefit from an experienced and supportive clinical team, a robust induction programme, and ongoing CPD.
What we’re looking for:
-
HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist
-
Experience leading a team
-
Significant post-qualification experience working with children with complex needs, ASC, or SEMH
-
Confident working autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tribunal and EHCP work
-
A commitment to inclusive education and positive outcomes for all young people
Why this role?
-
True work/life balance – 50% remote working
