Are you passionate about nurture-based teaching? We’re looking for a Nurture Teacher to join a Mole Valley, Surrey specialist school, supporting children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs). You'll create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment using a relational, trauma-informed approach.

Your Role as a Nurture Teacher
Deliver a flexible, creative curriculum that supports both academic and emotional development.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants and Therapists to provide tailored interventions.
Foster trust and security through consistent relationships and routines.
Who We’re Looking For
A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEMH, SEND, or Nurture Groups.
Someone with a calm, empathetic approach and a strong understanding of attachment-aware practice.
