About the Role: As a Nurture Teacher, you will: Provide a safe and structured learning environment for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Deliver an adapted and engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs. Support students in developing their confidence, resilience, and social skills. Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to create individualised learning plans. Use a trauma-informed and relational approach to behaviour management. What We’re Looking For: A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEND, SEMH, or nurture-based education. A strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and the ability to differentiate lessons. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students with additional needs.
