This role is focused on working with students who have ASD and ADHD, helping them navigate the curriculum and reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 and in small groups with students, helping them access the curriculum through tailored educational support.
Provide behavioural and emotional support, promoting positive interactions and managing students' unique needs within the classroom.
Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and providing ongoing feedback on student progress to the SENCO and teaching staff.

This is a rewarding role where you will make a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Role Overview
As the Residential Children’s Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall operation and management of the home. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of dedicated staff to support children in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Duties
Managing the daily operations of the home, adhering to Ofsted and legislative requirements.
Creating and implementing bespoke care plans tailored to each child’s needs.
Providing leadership and support to Deputy Managers, Seniors, and Support Workers.
Ensuring the safeguarding and well-being of all children in your care.
Managing budgets and fostering relationships with external agencies.
