We are working with a specialist SEMH provision in Hillingdon, and the school is seeking a Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join them for an immediate start on a full-time contract basis.
The School
This is a specialist SEMH provision, not a Pupil Referral Unit. The provision aims to provide a nurturing and therapeutic educational experience through personalised learning and development by offering young people a physical, intellectual, emotional and social curriculum, ensuring they meet each pupil's needs individually.
You would work alongside a team of experienced, dedicated staff who focus on the children's positive attributes. These pupils will all have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Some will also have additional needs such as Autism and ADHD.
