The role involves supporting a Year 3 pupil with ASD and ADHD, helping her to engage positively in learning and develop both academically and socially. About the Pupil The pupil has an Education Health and Care Plan and benefits from consistent, structured support throughout the school day. She is bright and capable but requires calm guidance, clear routines, and firm yet nurturing boundaries to maintain focus and confidence. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored strategies and provide consistent support in line with the pupil’s needs.
