Strong understanding of SEN and the strategies to support diverse learning needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and a flexible approach to supporting students. Confidence in managing and supporting students in a classroom setting. Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or a related field are desirable.
