- Implementing strategies that help young people manage behaviour, build trust, and feel safe
- Working alongside a skilled teacher and embedded support staff within a therapeutic framework

- Must be confident supporting students with challenging behaviour rooted in trauma or dysregulation
- Ideal for aspiring teachers, therapists, or psychologists looking to gain experience
- Equally suited to experienced Teaching Assistants looking for a more specialist setting
- Personal or professional experience supporting young people with complex needs is highly valued
Why Join This School?
- Ongoing CPD and internal training provided from day one
